The 5 questions you should ask yourself in network marketing
As I wrote several posts ago, Network Marketing is like in the army it allows you to t “Be all you can be”. There are times that people get frustrated with the way that they’re business is going.
Every leader has had there problems! We all have problems! To be honest those problems shouldn’t even bother or even hinder us from building our network marketing dynasty! Here are some questions that I feel every person should ask themselves.
1. What do I really want?
This a question that we must start out with. There are so many things that we want to do in life, what will your network marketing business help you accomplish. Do yourself a favor, write it down!
2. Should I really change?
Definition of insanity is doing something over and over again, and expecting a different result. If something is not going right, YOU must change something about it. If want you are doing is NOT helping in your business, then Stop doing it. Simple as that!
3. What’s the bright side in all of this?
If you truly have a passion in what you want to accomplish , they you got to realize that all the mistakes and failure along the way will be well worth it!
4. How much money do I want?
I suppose in this case there is no such things on having things too much or too little, but it’s more on how badly you really need it. I’d like to have lots of money, no denying that, but the question is that how much are you willing to work for it?
5. What motivates me?
What motivates you? It’s an answer you have to find out for yourself. There are so many things that can make everyone happy, but to choose one of the may be the hardest part. What motivates you to do the things, that most people are not willing to do!
If all deserve success in whatever we want in our lives! It up to us, to really think deep down inside to find out what it is!
Whenever you are doing your network marketing business, do you get frustrated when things don’t seem to be happening the way that you want it to be? You see people in your organization wasting time and nothing getting anything accomplished. And in the daily hustle and bustle, do you feel that your goals remain just that – goals. Then maybe its time for you to stand up and do something about it and be a leader!
Most people have that job mentality just to stand around waiting for people to tell them what to do. In order to succeed in Network Marketing people must adopt a follow-the-leader mentality.
Some people believe that great leaders are made, not born. Yes, it may be true that some people are born with natural talents. However, without practice, without drive, without enthusiasm, and without experience, there can be no true development in leadership.
You must also remember that good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their natural skills. This takes a commitment to constantly improve in whatever endeavor a person chooses.
First of all, let’s define leadership. To be a leader, one must be able to influence others to accomplish a goal, or an objective. He contributes to the organization and cohesion of a group.
Although there are some people that believe being a leader is about power! Leadership is not about power. It is not about harassing people or driving them using fear. It is about encouraging others towards the goal of the organization. It is putting everyone on the same page and helping them see the big picture of the organization. You must be a leader not a boss.
First of all, you have to get people to follow you. How is this accomplished?
People follow others when they see a clear sense of purpose. People will only follow you if they see that you know where you are going. Remember that bumper sticker? The one that says, don’t follow me, I’m lost too? The same holds true for leadership. If you yourself do not know where you’re headed to, chances are people will not follow you at all.
You must know the vision of your network marketing organization. Having a clear sense of who your leaders are, your organization’s goals and objectives is the only way to show others you know what you are doing.
Being a leader in network marketing is not about what you make others do. It’s about who you are, what you know, and what you do. You as a leader are the reflection of what you’re organization must be.
The one thing that shows you are a great leader in Network Marketing is the trust and confidence your organization have in you. So if they trust you they will go through hell and high water for you and for the organization.
Trust and confidence is built on good relationships, trustworthiness, and high ethics.
The way you deal with your organization, and the relationships you build will lay the foundation for the strength of your group. The stronger your relationship, the stronger their trust and confidence is in your capabilities.
Once you have their trust and confidence, your success in your business , may as well be guaranteed!
Communication is a very important key to good leadership. Without this you can not be a good leader. The knowledge and technical expertise you have must be clearly imparted to other people.
Also, you can not be a good leader and unless you have good judgment. You must be able to assess situations, weigh the pros and cons of any decision, and actively seek out a solution.
It is this judgment that your organization will come to rely upon. Therefore, good decision-making is vital to the success of your organization.
Leaders are not do-it-all heroes. You should not claim to know everything, and you should not rely upon your skills alone.
You should recognize and take advantage of the skills and talents other people in your organization may have. Only when you come to this realization will you be able to work as one cohesive unit.
Always remember that being a leader takes a good deal of work and time. It is not learned overnight. Remember, also, that it is not about just you. It is about you and the people around you.
So, do you have the drive and the desire to serve required to be a great leader in network marketing ? Do you have the desire to work cooperatively with other people? If you do, then start right this moment! Choose to be leader,that people will follow!

I just recently read a article in one of the success from home magazines. This magazine every month always spotlight a network marketing company. I always like to read about other companies, it keeps me up to date in the industry and the articles are always great to read in them. This particular article talked about how more and more people prefer to accept independent contractor positions, then the usual job. Here are some statistics….
The average age is between 30-49 years old
47% are male
53% are female
48% Gen X (7,772,347)
30% Boomers (4,746,228)
12% Gen Y (1,895,306)
10% Matures (1,513,059)
In my opinion the very best industry to be a independent contractor is by joining a Network Marketing company! If you build your network marketing business the right way rewards that you will accomplish , will be second to none! Not only will the financial rewards be great, but the skills that you will develop will be priceless! Think about it, what other industry will allow a shy, introvert, low self-esteem, never been to college guy like myself and turn him into a out- going, enthusiastic , passionate, lover of life, helper of people. I thank God everyday for a man named Issac, for introducing me to this industry. I don’t know where I would have been right now!

I know by looking at the title, your must be wondering. What the heck am I talking about. LoL Well let me explain… Today I had the privilege of baby sitting my neice Keira, ( I really love that girl!.. J) who is 9 months old. At that age she is very curious! Crawling every where and getting in to things. While I was on my computer, she was sitting in my lap. She was watching me use my mouse to navigate the website I was on at that time. So she suddenly, wanted to touch the mouse. I kept moving the mouse away from her. But she struggling to get it. No matter how many times I moved the mouse away from her, she kept trying to get it. So she finally did get it, but I took it away! So the same routine happened over and over again.
Now I told that story in order to say, that you have to be like a baby in Network Marketing! Meaning you have to have a clear focus on what you want to accomplish, and do what ever it takes to get it! No matter what people say to ,you got to keep moving on.. That is why it is very important to write down what you want, and make a game plan of how you are going to get it! Having a dream of what you want to accomplish is a very important key to your success! Not having a dream, can make this profession very difficult thing to do!
So write down want you want, and be like a baby! Do what ever it takes, because you deserve it!
